Introduction to "The Reason You're Hurting"

The information in the following pages can be life changing. I know - it's changed my life.

This book is not written as a self-help book that will cure you of all your pains; it is to inform you about what is happening and why. Using that knowledge you can be in control of your destiny. Bring that knowledge to your doctor, physical therapist or massage therapist, and if they don't work with you as you would like, find someone who will.

This book is written for all of us who have pain that is either continuous or recurring. It's for bad backs that won't leave us alone, and for heel, leg, knee, shoulder, neck, back, foot or hip pain that just won't stop nagging at us.
